Leadership during a pandemic.

Nobody had any idea we would be two years into COVID-19. How do we adapt with no know historicals to guide our teams? The reality is we have been tested many times through history and we always prevail. Knowing what your strategic plan is and your core mission we remain the same. How we deliver and the methods of completing our mission will continuously change. The speed and aggressive nature we need to change is the only unknown.
